Nothing is collected.

Nothing. The app contains no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising identifier and no telemetry of any kind. Its App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected, and that is a description of the architecture rather than a promise about it: there is no code in the app that sends anything anywhere.

Your workouts are ordinary markdown files in the app’s iCloud Documents container. They are stored on your device and, if you have iCloud Drive enabled, synced between your own devices by Apple. We never see them, and there is no account under which they could be associated with you.

That sync is handled entirely by iOS and governed by Apple’s privacy policy. You can turn it off in Settings, and the app keeps working with local files.

The app makes no network requests of its own. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is fetched, and it functions completely offline. The only network traffic associated with the app is iCloud sync performed by the operating system.

There isn’t any. When a session ends the app shows a summary, and when you dismiss it that summary is discarded. Nothing is written to disk, nothing is written to Health, and no record of the session is kept anywhere.

On devices that support it, you can ask the app to draft or revise a workout in plain language. This runs on Apple’s on-device foundation models. Your request and the resulting file never leave the device, and the feature is simply absent on hardware that doesn’t support it.

This site has no analytics, no cookies, and no third-party embeds. Its fonts are served from the same domain as the page rather than from a font host, so loading it reveals nothing about you to anyone but the server that sent it.

Because the app collects no data at all, it collects no data from children. There is no account, no profile and no content that could be shared with anyone else.
